Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Downtown Southbank

Hello, my name is Vanessa Wattley, my dad and my stepmother and I stayed at your hotel for a few days. The staff was very nice. I would like to say a special thank you to Mrs. Rose Haskins she was always smiling, very helpful, and kind. When we came back late from the conference we forgot to get clean towels. Rose gave us clean towels. The second day of our stay was very hectic. When I booked my room through a third party, breakfast was supposed to be included for myself and my family. Rose allowed my 75-year-old father to have breakfast for free. And, the wonderful lady who was placing the orders for breakfast allowed me and my stepmother to have a free breakfast also. Great location for our trip and staff. Fairly large bedroom. Bed was ok but only 4 extremely soft pillows ( 2 medium and 2 soft would have been better)

Location was great (visiting family at the hospital).

While a varied menu each day would have been nice, each day's food was fresh and adequate. Highly Recommend their pasta for dinner, add the chicken, it's worth it! The staff is wonderful! They were pleasant and helpful, greeted everyone as they came and went. Dealt with difficult customers with tact and grace. They are really good people!

the location was great and loved how close it is to other restaurants and shops. extremely clean and had a bar in the lobby. the night attendant was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise
